The cat is purring when happy most of the time. Even we purr gives us some pleasure. We now know that the cat can purr in a variety of situations and can very well purr when frightened but when suffering and even when a female is about to give birth. When a cat chooses to install in your arms, it is a sign of confidence. It will purr when you pet a way that reminds her mother toilet.
During feeding, all kittens and their mother all purr in heart. For the mother, this sound has 2 functions: it calms kittens and tempers the ardor with which they scratch their breasts. When a cat goes on your lap and starts purring, kneading your legs with its claws, it confuses your legs warm and mellow with the maternal abdomen.
